You will earn between 1 to 3 PurePoints for every $1 spent on every qualifying PureLife purchase based on your PureRewards rank.
Qualifying PureLife purchases include any order made on PureLifeDental.com or with a PureLife sales representative.
300 PurePoints = $1 of redeemable Value
New users will receive 3000 PurePoints for signing up which can instantly be redeemed for a $10 gift card.
Your orders will start earning PurePoints immediately after sign-up and you will receive any PurePoints for orders within 14 days prior to sign-up. However, orders that are older will not be counted.
PurePoints will be earned within 24 hours after your purchase, however, some bonus PurePoints may take longer to be processed.
Excluded from earning PurePoints are purchases that already contain other gift cards or that are heavily discounted.
PurePoints are calculated based on your total order amount after all discounts/free goods and excluding taxes, shipping and handling.
Your PureRewards rank will be re-evaluated annually based on your spending levels for the previous year.
PurePoints can be redeemed for gift cards from over 100 retailers. After you redeem a gift card it will be emailed to the email address on your PureLife account within 1 to 3 business days.

Any returned items will be deducted from your PurePoints balance.
PurePoints earned will expire after 3 years. PureLife reserves the right to expire totally inactive accounts after 12 months.
PureLife reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this program at any time.
